Aldo Arcillia

Aldo has over a decade of experience in the entertainment industry. His talent has landed him in a variety of West End productions namely Hey Mr Producer, South Pacific, Rocky Horror Show and Miss Saigon. Aldo's face has graced worldwide advertising campaigns for Ermenegildo Zegna, Microsoft and Virgin Mobile among others.
As a casting director, Aldo has cast a number of high-profile and upcoming productions including Dubai International Airlines and Roguestars (feature film).
Aldo is also the artistic director of The Lahing Kayumanggi, a Filipino cultural dance troupe which he formed more than a decade ago. The group has performed in many venues notably the Royal Festival and Queen Elizabeth Halls on the South Bank.

Joanna started her media career as a television reporter for GMA, one of Southeast Asia's top broadcasting networks. She then moved on to become a promo producer for Studio 23, a youth-oriented network also based in Southeast Asia (which also caters to MTV Asia). After completing an MA degree in Broadcast Journalism, Joanna worked for the BBC World Service on East Asia Today, before joining et/nik/a in 2003.
Joanna is also responsible for all aspects of et/nik/a's public relations, all press and media enquires should be addressed to Joanna.

April Malanot

April started her career as a cultural performer for The Lahing Kayumanggi Dance Troupe touring the UK in various venues including the Royal Festival Hall and appearances in the BBC's Generation Game.
April's performing arts experience landed her in a variety of TV, Film, Commercial and other projects such as Pradnha (film), McDonalds and Pepsi among others.
April joined et/nik/a in 2001 after completing a degree in Business and Media Studies.
